appointments begin promptly as scheduled…should you arrive
late, your appointment will be shortened to allow the spa
specialist to be on time for his/her next appointment
please notify your reservation agent at the time of booking
if you have high blood pressure, allergies, or are pregnant,
so we can assist in creating a spa package to match your
needs

children under the age of 18 are invited to escape with an appointment only...please check with guest services to inquire about available appointments for guests under 18...a parent must accompany any guest under the age of 18 receiving a treatment...you must be 18 years or older to receive a massage
we accept all 24 hours in advance cancellations and 48 hours
in advance for half and full day spa packages…otherwise a 50%
fee will be charged... a no show will result in a 100%
